Gulftainer’s GT USA handles two 225-tonne cryogenic tanks for space industry at Canaveral Cargo Terminal

GT USA’s Canaveral Cargo Terminal, a subsidiary of Gulftainer, has completed the discharge of two cryogenic tanks, each weighing over 225 tonnes, in a heavy-lift operation for the space industry, the company said in a statement.

The project required detailed planning, technical precision, and coordination under challenging weather conditions.

According to GT USA Managing Director Luke Richards, “This operation truly showcased the strength, professionalism, and efficiency of our CCT team who executed a flawless discharge of two extraordinary lifts.”

The company stated that the terminal’s strategic location, deep draft berths, and operational expertise continue to support its role as a logistics partner for Florida’s growing space sector.
