An unforeseen incident occurred on Saturday morning at the port of Igoumenitsa, during the preparation of a route destined for Corfu.
Shortly before departure, a passenger bus developed a mechanical failure while preparing to board the ship. According to information from the local media epirusgate.gr and thespro.gr, the event resulted in the entrance being blocked and the departure of the ship, which was scheduled for 10:30 in the morning, being delayed.
Until the vehicle was removed, the route remained on standby, causing inconvenience to the passengers.
The competent services worked to restore the smooth flow and the safe removal of the bus.
