Institutional visits to Savona and Vado Ligure by the president of the AdSP Paroli

GENOA – Institutional visits in the Savona port area by the President of the Western Ligurian Sea Port System Authority, Matteo Paroli. This was announced by the port authority in a note, underlining that these meetings are part of a path of institutional dialogue, also within the Savona area, which President Paroli began upon his appointment.

The visit began in the morning at the CULP of Savona, on this occasion President Paroli reiterated the authority’s attention to issues related to port work in a climate of maximum collaboration.

Subsequently, the president visited the ports of Savona and Vado Ligure, during which it was possible to verify the progress of ongoing investments and explore the development prospects of the port system. During the inspection, the Pacorini Silocaf plant was also visited, the /silo dedicated to the storage and handling of coffee in Vado Ligure, a strategic reality for the logistics and commercial supply chain of the agri-food sector.

The visit continued with a first official meeting with the Police Commissioner of Savona, Giuseppe Mariani, which represented an important opportunity for discussion and strengthening collaboration with local institutions on issues of utmost importance such as security in the port and extra-port areas.
