Integrated Wind Solutions ASA announced that its subsidiary IWS Fleet AS has signed a 75-day fixed charter contract for the Commissioning Service Operation Vessel IWS Sunwalker with an existing client.
The charter will begin in December 2025, after the vessel arrives in Europe, and will end shortly before another previously scheduled commitment starting in the first quarter of 2026.
IWS Sunwalker is the sixth and final vessel in the Skywalker Class series, and with this agreement, all six Skywalker-class vessels have secured charter contracts directly upon delivery.
IWS Fleet has also received a 90-day contract extension for IWS Starwalker, ensuring that the vessel will remain in operation with the same client into the first quarter of 2026. The extension aligns with another pre-existing commitment in early 2026.
According to the company, interest in the Skywalker-class fleet remains strong among both existing and new clients, and discussions for charter requirements in 2027 are already underway.
The company reported commercial utilisation above 99% in the third quarter of 2025, with four vessels in full operation throughout the quarter and IWS Moonwalker starting its first charter on September 24.
