For the company’s second-quarter performance, it achieved a single-quarter operating revenue of approximately 1.712 billion yuan and a net profit attributable to the parent company of approximately 438 million yuan, a quarter-on-quarter increase of 22.72%.

It is worth mentioning that Jinjiang Shipping distributed a cash dividend of 2.00 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders, with the cash dividend amount accounting for 32.58% of the net profit for the first half of the year.

In the first half of 2025, the activity level of intra-Asian trade continued to improve, driving steady growth in container shipping volumes, while the supply side remained relatively stable. According to Clarksons data, the freight rate index for intra-Asian routes in the first half of 2025 increased by 11.43% year-on-year.

At the same time, Jinjiang Shipping’s traditional dominant routes, such as the Shanghai-Japan route and the cross-strait route between Shanghai and Taiwan, maintained their number one market share with high-quality services. The profitability of these routes further strengthened, and the performance foundation stabilized with improved quality.

In recent years, the external environment of the shipping market has been complex and volatile, with the market situation full of uncertainty. The global container shipping market has been deeply affected by changes in trade policies and geopolitical situations. Faced with external uncertainties, Jinjiang Shipping has continued to consolidate its positive production and operating trends, fully leveraged its differentiated competitive advantages, accurately positioned its business operations, and continuously deepened its focus on regional routes. By relying on its own certainty to counter external uncertainties, the company has achieved improved quality and efficiency in its operating performance.

Continuously deepening the foundational routes in Northeast Asia and cross-strait routes, building a cornerstone for operations. Supported by high vessel schedule reliability and relying on特色 services such as HDS (Hot Delivery Service), Jinjiang Shipping has developed multiple premium routes including Shanghai-Japan, Taicang-Japan, Qingdao-Japan, and Dalian-Japan. It has also launched特色 services such as specialized container transport for hanging garments and refrigerated containers, as well as special cargo transport services, providing customers with high-quality, differentiated logistics solutions. These特色 services have not only enhanced customer loyalty but also allowed Jinjiang Shipping to stand out in the market competition, continuously improving profitability and effectively hedging against risks from global market fluctuations.

Gradually building momentum for premium Southeast Asia routes, creating a second growth pillar in Southeast Asia. Based on the successful experience of premium Northeast Asia routes, Jinjiang Shipping innovatively developed the “Silk Road Express” series of premium routes, including the Haiphong Silk Road Express, Thailand-Vietnam Silk Road Express, and Thailand-Vietnam Express. The “express service model” has gradually gained market recognition.

It is worth mentioning that in April of this year, Jinjiang Shipping successfully launched the Southeast Asia premium route “Ho Chi Minh Silk Road Express” (SSX), which was upgraded and extended to Japan in May, providing fast direct services from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Nagoya and Shimizu, Japan. Leveraging the advantages of “accurate schedules, short routes, and fast transit times,” it offers customers more competitive and diversified logistics solutions.

Exploring emerging markets to expand route coverage and meet customers’ differentiated needs. Jinjiang Shipping’s route network has expanded to South Asian regions such as Pakistan and Sri Lanka, as well as Middle Eastern regions like the UAE. The number of domestic and international sales and service outlets supporting the premium routes has reached 28. At the same time, Jinjiang Shipping has fully utilized the operational advantages of its overseas self-operated outlets and agency points, successively launching logistics extension services from Laem Chabang, Thailand to Lat Krabang and multimodal logistics extension services for the Phnom Penh, Cambodia outlet. This effectively integrates overseas logistics resources, provides regional customers with fast and efficient logistics solutions, and significantly enhances end-to-end service capabilities.

In March 2024, Jinjiang Shipping’s CWX route首次 expanded its network布局 to the India-Pakistan region. On this basis, in June this year, Jinjiang Shipping further optimized and upgraded the India-Pakistan route by adding a North China and South Korea to India-Pakistan route (NWX), extending services to North China. Relying on the two major hub ports of Qingdao and Tianjin, it radiates to the northern market. The collaboration between the two ports ensures fast loading and unloading, accurate and stable schedules, creates an ultra-fast logistics experience, and forms a promising “twin-port synergy” effect.

It is worth mentioning that in terms of technological innovation, Jinjiang Shipping’s intelligent system application won the 2025 Top Ten Shipping Technology Innovation Application Award at the 2025 Global Shipping Technology Conference.

Jinjiang Shipping is vigorously promoting the application of technological innovation methods in vessel operation management to effectively enhance the level of digital and intelligent vessel management. Jinjiang Shipping, in collaboration with the Shanghai Merchant Ship Design and Research Institute, implemented a vessel intelligent construction and application project. By applying intelligent systems, it provides functions such as energy efficiency management throughout the vessel’s lifecycle and monitoring and evaluation of the operational carbon intensity indicator (CII), offering strong support for Jinjiang Shipping’s vessel operations.

In the next stage, Jinjiang Shipping will continue to deepen the construction of digital and intelligent shipping, actively respond to the requirements for intelligent transformation and green, low-carbon development in the shipping industry, promote the application of information and intelligent technologies in vessel operation management, continuously optimize and enhance vessel management capabilities, and provide customers with more efficient and convenient services.

In the future, Jinjiang Shipping will adhere to its brand strategy, continue to deepen its presence in the Northeast Asian market, expand into the Southeast Asian market, cultivate emerging markets such as South Asia and the Middle East, optimize logistics resource allocation, enhance industrial chain service capabilities, improve route operational resilience, achieve high-quality and sustainable enterprise development, and create long-term value and continuous returns for all shareholders and investors.
