LIBYA’s Misrata Free Zone (MFZ) has launched a new shipping line by Budapest’s MOL Group, an oil and gas company, through the docking of the 15,465-dwt Panama-flagged car carrier Dugong Ace from China, Korea and Jordan with 1,477 cars on board, reported Tripoli’s libya Observer.
MOL Group joined through the shipping agent, the International Orient Shipping Company, which is affiliated with the international shipping lines group linking to MFZ port in the global markets, according to the MFZ Facebook page.
Last week, Tripoli witnessed violent clashes between two armed groups who exchanged fire in the street.
In a tweet, the ambassador of Netherlands to Libya, Dolf Hogewoning as expressed his shock over the clashes that took place in Tripoli. He said endangered the lives of civilians, including families with their children. This violence must stop immediately.’
