Maintenance work at Changi Point Ferry Terminal in Singapore Port

From 28 June to 1 November, maintenance work is being conducted at Changi Point Ferry Terminal.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No.042 of 2022, the works are being carried out between 0800 and 1800 hours on weekdays within the working area bounded by the following co-ordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1 01°23.499’N / 103°59.241’E
2 01°23.502’N / 103°59.244’E
3 01°23.489’N / 103°59.258’E
4 01°23.486’N / 103°59.256’E
5 01°23.482’N / 103°59.260’E
6 01°23.485’N / 103°59.262’E
7 01°23.472’N / 103°59.277’E
8 01°23.469’N / 103°59.274’E

The maintenance work involves the temporary removal of pontoons in 2 stages. During the maintenance work, the launches will be diverted to berth at the remaining pontoons.

The schedule of the maintenance is as follows:

Pontoon No. Maintenance Schedule
CPFT 1,3,6 27 Jun 2022 to 24 Aug 2022
CPFT 2,4,5 24 Aug 2022 to 1 Nov 2022

Craft involved in the works will exhibit the appropriate local and international day signals.

When in the vicinity of the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep well clear and not to enter the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Maintain a listening watch on VHF Channel 21 (Sembawang Control);
and
e) Communicate with Sembawang Control on VHF Channel 21 for assistance, if required.
