THE Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) is acquiring Rimorchiatori Mediterranei, an international leading towage operator active in Italy, Malta, Singapore, Malaysia, Norway, Greece and Colombia, reports Hellenic Shipping News Worldwide.
msc is obtaining the towage operator from Rimorchiatori Riuniti and a fund managed by DWS’s infrastructure investment business.
