Konstantinos Tzimos was placed in the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Socrates Anagnostou once again assumed the duties of CEO, whose term was renewed. The new board also includes Charilaos Siouras, Evangelos Vegiris, Spyridon Fragos, Dimitris Manolis (employee representative), Thekla Kammenou (representative of the Magnesia Chamber) and Thomas Kretikos (representative of O.F.E.).
Mr. Anagnostou thanked the Superfund for the trust and stressed that the new composition is a “special honor and responsibility.” He also reiterated his commitment to transparency, efficiency and the upgrading of services, aiming at the further development of the port and the strengthening of the local economy.
