Two new locations have been added to the Savino Del Bene network.
The Tuscan shipping group has announced the opening of a new office in Bari, which will allow it to strengthen its presence in an Adriatic area experiencing “robust economic growth” and representing “a gateway to surrounding regions, including the Balkans and the Middle East.” The Bari team will specifically offer customers integrated shipping services by sea, road, and rail.
The second opening took place in August in Cairo, specifically at the international airport of the Egyptian capital, within the Cargo Village. The launch, which follows by a few months the establishment of the head office in Alexandria, marks an important step in the company’s expansion into North Africa, according to the firm. The opening of the new office, it explained, “will support operations in vast areas of Africa and the Middle East,” serving as a “key contact for the company’s air and logistics services in this developing and growing economy.”
