1.Port Description
General Information
Dandong Port is a major commercial port in northeastern China, located in Liaoning Province near the border with North Korea. It serves as a critical hub for trade between China and North Korea, as well as international maritime trade. The port handles a variety of cargo, including bulk, containerized, and general cargo. It is managed by the Dandong Port Group and operates under the supervision of the Chinese government. The port consists of three main operational areas: Dandong Old Port, Dandong New Port, and Donggang Port Area.
