The program, the first to focus specifically on the modern port industry, aims to combine theoretical training with practical experience. It introduces an innovative learning model without traditional exams, based on projects, lectures by company executives, visits to organizations, educational trips in Greece and abroad, as well as meetings with senior management.
The central goal is the direct connection with the labor market, with internship and talent development programs in collaboration with industry businesses.
Simultaneously, teaching is conducted with a mixed system (in-person and remote), to facilitate the participation of employees from all over Greece.
