IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MARINERS
- Strict prohibition on disposing garbage within 12nm of coast (China MEP Regulation No.12)
- All vessels must submit ETA 72/48/24h in advance via China MSA e-Navigation system
- Oil record book inspections conducted randomly (minimum 15% of anchored vessels)
- New AIS verification system in effect – all vessels must maintain active AIS transmission
- Mandatory use of low-sulfur fuel (≤0.5%) within port limits including anchorages
- Crew changes only permitted at Quarantine Anchorage with prior approval
- Strict ballast water reporting required before anchoring (China IMO D-2 standard)
