Enhanced Operational Details:

  • Navigation Warnings:

  • Anchoring Procedures:
    • Minimum scope ratio: 5:1 in normal conditions, 7:1 during winter monsoon
    • Anchor watch circle must be plotted on ECDIS
    • Daily position reports to Port Control at 0800 JST
  • Environmental Regulations:
    • Zero discharge policy within 3NM of port limits
    • Ballast water exchange prohibited in anchorage areas
