1. Vessel-Related Charges (Updated 2024)
– Tonnage Dues:
– Calculation: JPY 18.5/GT (first 10,000 GT) + JPY 9.25/GT (remaining GT)

– Port Dues:
– Entry Fee: JPY 0.25/GT (capped at JPY 250,000)

– Waste Management:
– Food waste: JPY 18,000/ton (separate disposal required)
– Plastic: JPY 32,000/ton (Japan MARPOL Compliance Center)

– Fire Safety:
– Foam system test: JPY 280,000 (ClassNK approved)
– Emergency drills: JPY 75,000/hour (Tokyo Fire Department)

3. Cargo Operations (Revised Rates)
– Container Handling:
– Gantry crane: JPY 6,800/TEU (first lift)
– Subsequent lifts: JPY 1,200/TEU
