  4. Timber wharf: Dynamic load factor 1.5 applies to SWL
  5. Vessels >10,000 DWT must submit stability calculations 24h prior to arrival.
  6. No night operations at fuel wharves without prior permission.
  7. Timber wharf SWL includes dynamic load factor of 1.5.
