  2. Mooring load limits include 10% safety margin as per ISO 3913:2022 and OCIMF MEG4.
  3. Hazardous cargo berths require 24-hour advance notice per ISPS Code and IMDG regulations.
  4. Maximum permissible current at main berths: 1.5 knots (cross current ≤0.8 knots).
