- DWT capacities calculated for saltwater density (1.025 t/m³) at summer load line
- Maximum LoA includes 10m safety margin for mooring arrangements
- Crane SWL ratings valid for standard conditions (wind ≤10m/s, sea state ≤2)
- LNG and Oil berths require 72-hour prior notice and security clearance
- Night navigation restrictions apply in inner harbor areas (refer to port bylaws Article 12)
- Mandatory use of local pilots for vessels >10,000 DWT (Port Regulations Section 5-3)
