Operational Updates:
1. New tidal benchmark: MHWS 3.5m, MLWS 0.3m (2023 survey)
2. Mandatory ECDIS updates for port approaches (ENC KR232110)
3. Bunker fuel sampling required during all deliveries
4. Increased security patrols in ISPS Level 2 areas
5. Winter operations: anti-icing measures December-March

Critical Notes:
– All depths charted to CD (Chart Datum)
– Maximum permissible wind speed for cargo ops: 15m/s
– Hot work requires permit from Port Control
– Waste disposal only through licensed contractors
– AIS must remain active throughout port stay
