3. Night navigation restrictions apply to vessels >250m LOA
4. Tug assistance is mandatory for:
– Vessels >200m LOA
– VLCCs and ULCCs
– During Beaufort 6+ conditions
5. Bunker operations require prior approval (24h notice minimum)
