The National Port System Administration (Asipona) of Mexico has published the call /graneles-minerales in order to grant the partial assignment of rights of a key area for the operation of a mineral bulk terminal in the Port of Guaymas.
The bidding process seeks to award a contract for use, utilization, and exploitation for 15 years, with an option for an extension of up to 15 additional years.
The facility, which will be for public use and will be specialized in the handling of mineral bulks, is located in the central area of the Guaymas port precinct.
The total area offered amounts to 28,416 square meters, which includes a covered storage area of 10,580 square meters and an open-air operations yard of 17,836 square meters.
