Rønne Havn has hired Rikke Tolstrup as its new communications chief, responsible for both internal and external communication as well as the port’s strategic positioning.

This is announced by Rønne Havn on LinkedIn.

The port’s new communications chief will assume the position on Friday, August 15, 2025, and replaces former communications chief Jesper Jürgensen, who left the position earlier this year.

According to Bornholms Tidende, Rikke Tolstrup has 18 years of experience from Ørsted and the former Dong Energy.

According to Rikke Tolstrup’s LinkedIn profile, she has 18 years of experience from Ørsted with strategic communication, corporate branding, and stakeholder engagement – that is, working to ensure the company appears and acts clearly and credibly externally.

At Ørsted, she played a central role in the company’s global identity shift from black to green energy, according to Rønne Havn’s CEO, Lars Nordahl.

– With Rikke, we get a communications chief who combines strategic vision with strong experience in creating narratives that engage and unite, states Lars Nordahl.

The new communications chief of Rønne Havn writes herself that after several months of targeted searching, she has found the perfect job match in a smaller organization with big ambitions, a role with a clear purpose, and a place where communication can make a concrete difference for people and business.

-I am absolutely thrilled to assume the position of communications chief at Rønne Havn A/S. The role brings together so many of the things I am passionate about, such as strategic storytelling, stakeholder engagement – and helping my second home, Bornholm, take its place as the cornerstone of the green transition of the Baltic Sea, writes Rikke Tolstrup.
