Scrapping of dry bulk vessels heading toward lowest level in 15 years

Inflow of dry bulk capacity has decreased by 25% so far this year, especially driven by one particular segment, which is currently rejected by carriers, writes broker firm. At the same time, scrapping is approaching the lowest level in 15 years.
