Soil investigation and survey works at Temasek/Finger 4 will continue until 31 December.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No. 93 of 2025, the works are being conducted 24 hours daily—including Sundays and public holidays—at sea within the working area bounded by the following coordinates (WGS 84 Datum):

Soil investigation works will be carried out using two jack-up barges. Two tugs will be deployed to assist in positioning the jack-up barges.

A safety boat will be on standby to warn other vessels in the vicinity of the working area.

Vessels involved in the works will display the appropriate local and international day and night signals.

When near the working area, mariners are reminded to:
a) Keep a safe distance and avoid entering the work area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Monitor VHF Channel 22 (Jurong Control) and communicate with Jurong Control for assistance if needed.
