Stolt-Nielsen Limited announced that it has finalized the acquisition of the ISO tank operator Suttons International Holdings Limited (Suttons).
The acquisition of Suttons adds more than 11,000 ISO tank containers to the Stolt-Nielsen Limited fleet and expands its product offering.
This consolidates Stolt-Nielsen’s position as a leading provider in liquid logistics and aligns with the strategy of leveraging the global platform of Stolt Tank Containers (STC).

The combination of STC’s global network and fleet with Suttons’ specialized capabilities creates a stronger platform to provide customers worldwide with safe, high-quality, and sustainable logistics solutions,” stated Stolt-Nielsen Limited in a public declaration.
