Cadeler
Swire Pacific is selling down in Denmark-based offshore vessel owner Cadeler.
The Oslo-and New York-listed Cadeler said Swire had struck a deal to sell around 12.35m shares to institutional investors at NOK64 share ($6.06).
The deal worth about $75m will see Swire offload 3.5% of its stake, leaving it with just under 5% ownership interest in the offshore wind vessel giant.
Cadeler was Swire’s Blue Ocean Ships brand until the IPO in 2020. BW Group is the company’s largest shareholder, followed by Scorpio, which got a chunk after the Eneti merger in 2023.
