Convex is set to provide paper to ex-Chubb hull underwriters Dan Dobisz and Jack Buchan to launch a marine hull-focused MGA, reports The Insurer.
UK-based Dobisz has been a hull class underwriter at Chubb since April 2011, having previously spent nearly seven years at Brit.
London-based Buchan has been at Chubb for just shy of three years, having previously been at SompoCanopius and, from 2008 to 2016, at Brit.
