The UN deal about exports of Ukrainian grain from the Black Sea will expire in few weeks. If not extended, this will affect both rates and food prices, according to Ukrainian dry bulk director Gennadiy Ivanov. He calls for measures to resolve the congestion problems in Istanbul.
