Boluda, the operator of Pointe Des Galets port in La Reunion has advised that a new fuel surcharge (Bunker Adjustment Factor) of €142 per tug will apply for the fourth quarter of 2022.
This overhead is calculated quarterly based on supply prices recorded in the past six months.
