As Senior Solutions Manager, Dominic will focus on the group’s innovative blended learning solutions, leveraging the success of a recent award-winning collaboration with bp on a major asset onboarding and induction project.
With 24 years of experience in the energy industry, Dominic’s appointment signifies a significant milestone for 3t as it strengthens its capabilities to undertake complex and highly technical training and induction programs for major asset projects. By combining the expertise of 3t Transform, the digital arm of the group, in VR, digital twin, and simulation technology, with tailored training programs from AIS Survivex, the group’s market-leading training business, 3t creates impactful blended learning solutions for clients worldwide.
Dominic brings a wealth of senior management experience from his previous roles at Wood, GE, Baker Hughes, and Avail Infrastructure Solutions. His move to 3t reinforces the group’s track record in providing highly technical workforce induction and asset commissioning projects. This investment in the new role follows the recent recognition received by AIS Survivex at the Offshore Achievement Awards ceremony in Aberdeen, where they were awarded the Digital Innovation Award for their Operations and Maintenance technician induction training program for bp’s Greater Tortue Ahmeyim (GTA) project in Mauritania and Senegal.
