In her speech, Mrs. Bornozis emphasized that this award belongs equally to her brother and President of CapitalLink, Mr. Nikos Bornozis, to the exceptional team of associates, as well as to all those who have consistently supported the vision and mission of CapitalLink.
On the same evening, Mr. Yannis Sarakakis, Executive Chairman of the Sarakakis Group and President of the Hellenic-American Chamber of Commerce, was also honored with the “HELLENIC HERITAGE ACHIEVEMENT AWARD”.
A special honor was the presence of the American Ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle, who, through her presence and speech, underscored the importance of the event for the further strengthening of Greek-American relations.
An introductory speech was delivered by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Yannis Loverdos, while the event was also honored, among others, by the Chief of the Hellenic National Defense General Staff, General Dimitris Choupis, the Civil Administrator of Mount Athos, Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis, as well as prominent figures from the political, business and institutional spheres.
