At 13:26 on June 23, the 4800TEU container vessel built by Shanghai Changshun Shipping Co., Ltd. and entrusted to Yangzhou Guoyu Shipbuilding successfully completed its launching, ushering in an important construction milestone.
The launched vessel boasts excellent performance and strong transport capacity, with impressive core parameters: length 243.98 meters, beam 37.3 meters, depth 19.6 meters, and a structural draft deadweight capacity of up to 79,700 tons. The ship features a scientifically sound design that balances economic efficiency and seaworthiness. Once operational, it will effectively expand the company’s ocean-going transport capacity and support the high-quality development of its shipping business.
