1-Stop Connections has announced an ‘intelligent’ solution to improve the supply chain, after collaborating with transport operators around Australia.

According to a statement by 1-Stop, problems experienced by operators include the use of manual-paper based systems and slow, ‘hard to use’ software options.

The new instalment of 1-Stop’s solution, to be available on the company’s open platform, can predict and anticipate customer demands, as well as quickly responding to unplanned events.

With a focus on UX/UI design and usability, the solution has also moved away from a traditional TMS system.

Andrew Morgan, Product Manager at 1-Stop, commented on the updated solution: “The system we have created is a completely new take on solving the problems that Transport Operators care about. It combines transport and job management to simplify the day to day tasks of a Transport Operator.
