WK Webster said on July 11th that it had received reports
that bulk carrier Kharis Trinity (IMO 9470313) experienced a collapse of machinery loaded on deck whilst in a
position west of Thalassery, India on July 7th. It was reported that the vessel
later berthed at Kochi, India for inspection and reloading of cargo.

is owned and managed by Kharis Shipping Co Ltd of Seoul, South Korea. ISM

Cargo ship Gruaud
Larose (IMO 9500807) was arrested at the outer anchorage of the port of
Chittagong on July 7th as part of a litigation case. The ship had arrived in
Chittagong on June 13th.

He (IMO 8865494) sank in the Indian Ocean off the coast of eastern Somalia
on July 15th. The 12 crew members abandoned the ship, and tanker Hafnia Beijing (IMO 9856634) diverted
from its Izmir to Cape Town route as part of the SAR operation.

General cargo ship Viktoria
B / Allertal (IMO 9313632) ran aground between Lynæs and Hundested during
the afternoon of July 14th. The ship was en route from Sczcecin to
Frederiksværk when it got stuck. No pollution was reported. A tug wasn ordered
to the scene to refloat the ship with
the July 15th high tide. Snti-pollution ship Maria Miljoe went on standby near the grounding site.

Viktoria B / Allertal is owned by Allertal Schiffahrts UG care of Reederei
Heinz Corleis KG of Drochtersen, Germany. As of July 17th the vessel was moored
at Fredericksvaerk
Bulk carrier Delta
Pearl (IMO 9401831), en route from Tuzla to Kepez, allided with the pier on
the port side during a berthing manoeuvre on June 15th. The hull was holed,
cracked and a ballast tank heavily damaged above the water line. The stored
ballast water leaked from the hole into sea. The vessel shifted from the pier
to Karanlik liman anchorage, and dropped anchor. A class surveyor and H&M
insurance expert carried out a damage survey. A shore-based repair team was
appointed, in order to carry out repairs. Subsequently, a new set of class
certificate was issued, and the Harbour Master granted berthing and loading
permission. The vessel berthed at Kepez port on June 24th. The loading
operation was completed on June 29th, and the ship left port towards
Jacksonville with an ETA of July 20th.

owned by Delta Pearl Shipping Co Ltd care of manager SMT Shipping Cyprus Ltd of
Limassol, Cyprus. ISM manager is SMT Shipping Poland SP Zoo of Sopot, Poland.
It is entered with West of England (European Claims team) on behalf of Delta
