Regional Exam Center (REC) St. Louis will be closed until further notice. During this closure, mariner applications may still be emailed to REC St. Louis at RECSTL@uscg.mil.
Mariners seeking to schedule examinations or to submit applications via the mail or in person during the temporary closure should consider utilizing another REC. The nearest REC is in Memphis, Tenn., at 200 Jefferson Ave Suite 1301. Additional REC locations and application submission information can be found on the NMC website.
The NMC will issue additional information and update the NMC website when available.
The NMC Customer Service Center remains open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Mariners may reach the call center at 1-888-IASKNMC (427-5662) and IASKNMC@uscg.mil.
