Unity Ship Management has agreed a deal to implement the BASSnet software platform across its fleet of 21 vessels and shore operations, adopting the system via BASS Software’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model.

The new agreement covers a range of integrated modules including Financial, Human Resource Management, Maintenance, Procurement, and the company’s latest HSEQ applications via the browser-based BASSnet Web 3.0. Unity Ship Management has also added the BASSnet Web Portal for mobile access.

“We needed a reliable end-to-end system to eliminate inefficiencies and deliver real operational value,” said Stanislav Tritakov, Technical Director at Unity Ship Management.

“BASS’s long-standing experience, intuitive and scalable SaaS platform—and dedication to working hand in hand with their user base—made BASSnet the clear choice. Importantly, BASS had the capability to roll out the system efficiently across our large fleet.”

The implementation will take place in two phases, beginning with Maintenance, Procurement and Financials, including PMS data migration. A second phase will follow with the rollout of the HR and Web 3.0.1 modules.
