From 14 July to 14 September, marine soil investigation works will be conducted at Jurong Port.

According to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Port Marine Notice No. 92 of 2025, the works will be carried out 24 hours daily—including Sundays and Public Holidays—at sea within the working area bounded by the following coordinates (WGS 84 Datum):
1. 01°17.970’N / 103°43.133’E
2. 01°17.970’N / 103°43.362’E
3. 01°17.950’N / 103°43.362’E
4. 01°17.950’N / 103°43.133’E
BH1. 01°17.956’N / 103°43.294’E
BH2. 01°17.923’N / 103°43.294’E
BH3. 01°17.938’N / 103°43.340’E
BH4. 01°17.954’N / 103°43.383’E
BH5. 01°17.922’N / 103°43.383’E

Soil investigation works will be carried out using one jack-up barge.
Two tugs will be deployed to assist in positioning the jack-up barge.
A safety boat will be on standby to warn other vessels in the vicinity of the working area.

Vessels involved in the works will display the appropriate local and international day and night signals.

Mariners in the vicinity of the working area are reminded to:
a) Keep a safe distance and avoid entering the working area;
b) Maintain a proper lookout;
c) Proceed at a safe speed and navigate with caution;
d) Monitor VHF Channel 18 (Pasir Panjang Control) and communicate with Pasir Panjang Control for assistance if needed.
