On June 30, COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600026, hereinafter referred to as “COSCO SHIPPING Energy”) announced that the company received resignation letters from Non-Executive Director Ms. Wang Songwen and Deputy General Manager Mr. Qin Jiong.
The announcement stated that the Board of Directors received the resignation letter from Non-Executive Director Ms. Wang Songwen on June 30, 2025. Ms. Wang voluntarily resigned from her positions as Non-Executive Director and member of the Board Strategy Committee due to reaching the statutory retirement age. On the same day, the Board also received the resignation letter from Deputy General Manager Mr. Qin Jiong, who voluntarily stepped down from his role due to changes in his work position.
