CIMC Raffles held a delivery ceremony at its Longkou base on Monday (8 September) for the Jisu Glory, the final vessel in a series of 10 dual-fuel LNG, 7,000 car equivalent unit (CEU) pure car and truck carriers (PCTC) built for Zodiac Maritime.

The contract for the vessels was signed in September 2021. As previously reported by ship.energy, the ninth PCTC in the series was handed over last month.

‘From the delivery of BYD Explorer No.1 on January 8, 2024, to the handover of Jisu Glory on September 8, 2025, CIMC Raffles and Zodiac Maritime have successfully completed the consecutive delivery of ten 7,000 CEU dual-fuel PCTCs,’ the shipyard said in a statement on Wednesday.

‘The journey from “exploration” to “proficiency” has been made possible through close collaboration across all parties. This milestone not only demonstrates CIMC Raffles’ professional expertise in PCTC construction, but also reflects our steadfast commitment to delivering on promises to our clients.’
