The University of Piraeus and the Hellenic Naval Academy announced on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the official commencement of the 6th cycle of the Inter-Institutional Postgraduate Program (IIPP) “Management in Marine Science & Technology” (Marine Science & Technology Management).
The event marked the starting point of a journey of knowledge and innovation for the students admitted to the Program, where the following were presented:
The event was framed with greetings and presentations by the Commandant of the Hellenic Naval Academy Rear Admiral Stavros Karlatiras H.N., the Program Director Associate Professor Ioannis Lagoudis, the Dean of the Hellenic Naval Academy Professor Georgios Galanis, as well as the member of the External Advisory Committee and President of the Association of Banking & Financial Executives of H.F., Mr. Giorgos Xiradakis.
The event was honored by the presence of the instructors from the two academic institutions, external collaborators of the IIPP, as well as executives from the shipping industry who consistently support it with scholarships and technological expertise. Among the companies and organizations are the Aikaterini Laskaridis Foundation, Seanergy, Navarino, Prisma, Spectrumlabs, Rotary, DryDel, Harborlab, Danaos, and Moore.
