Must read

An impressive quadruple cruise ship call took place at the Port of La Valeta, in Malta. To the Nieuw Statendam, from Holland America Line; Azura, from the P&O Cruises line, and the Sea Cloud II, from Sea Cloud Cruises, was added the Norwegian Sky, from Norwegian Cruise Line, which was making its first visit to Valletta Cruise Port.

The event necessitated the traditional onboard plaque exchange to celebrate this special milestone.

Norwegian Sky is on a 12-day, one-way Mediterranean journey from Istanbul to Civitavecchia (Rome), with prices starting at USD 1,198. The itinerary began on October 2nd and ends on the 14th, after visiting Kusadasi, Turkey; Mykonos, Santorini, Piraeus and Heraklion, in Greece; La Valeta; Messina and Livorno, in Italy; Cannes, in France, before arriving at the final port.

The ship, of 77 thousand GT, offers guests a classic but modern cruise experience. With less than 2 thousand passengers and a warm and intimate onboard atmosphere.
