DOF Group ASA has announced the signing of two new long-term contracts in Brazil. The agreements follow the same competitive tender process that led to earlier awards for the vessels Skandi Achiever, Skandi Carla, Geoholm, and Skandi Salvador under the RSV 2024 tender.

The new contracts cover the vessels Skandi Chieftain and Skandi Olympia, which have each been awarded four-year charters with Petrobras.

Both ships will operate with one work-class remotely operated vehicle (WROV) and are scheduled for delivery in October 2026.

According to the company, the combined value of the two contracts is approximately USD 200 million.

DOF Group ASA is a Norwegian public company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. It provides offshore and subsea services to the global energy sector, including vessel operations, subsea engineering, and integrated marine solutions.

Petrobras is a publicly traded company controlled by the government of Brazil. It operates primarily in oil and gas exploration, production, refining, and transportation, and is one of the largest energy companies in Latin America.
