Port Botany Conjunto for a major rail upgrade

DP World and NSW Ports are co-investing $400 million ($250 million) to extend the rail terminal at Port Botany in Sydney to double its capacity to over 1 million TEU per year.

The project, which will begin on site in June and take two years to complete, comprises the addition of five new sidings to accommodate 600 m long regional trains.
