ADES Holding Company has secured a two-year contract through its wholly owned subsidiary Shelf Drilling for the Compact Driller standard jackup with Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn. Bhd., according to the company’s statement.
The jackup will be deployed for plug and abandonment operations offshore Brunei, with an estimated contract value of approximately SAR 236 million (USD 63 million).
Operations are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026 following contract preparation activities in Singapore, while the rig remains on contract in India until May 2026.
