Seafarer passengers can proceed with priority check-in upon presenting a valid seafarer’s certificate. These efforts persistently provide convenience for seafarers arriving at the port, positioning Yingkou as a “Friendly Port” and “Warm Home” in the eyes of seafarers, injecting a steady stream of “blue momentum” into the integrated development of Yingkou’s port, industry, and city.
