Ningde, China, Nov. 27 (Xinhua) — With the support of immigration management police from the Ningde Exit-Entry Frontier Inspection Station, the Panamanian semi-submersible ship “Development Path” successfully completed the loading operation of five vessels and related equipment, and set sail from Ningde Port on the 27th for Guinea, a country co-building the “Belt and Road”.

According to reports, the five “Made in Ningde” engineering vessels loaded this time include floating crane transshipment barges, barges, and tugboats. Lin Zhongyang, an agent from Ningde Southeast United International Ship Agency Co., Ltd., stated that semi-submersible ship operations are complex and time-consuming. The frontier inspection authorities monitored the operation status throughout the process and provided customs clearance support, effectively saving the ship’s port time and reducing the operating costs for the enterprise.

To ensure the semi-submersible ship efficiently and smoothly completed its loading operations and exit procedures at Ningde Port, the Ningde Frontier Inspection Station pre-formulated a “one ship, one policy” service plan, established a special task force, and opened a “green channel” to provide “one-stop” frontier inspection services and full-process support for crew changes, administrative permit applications, and exit-entry formalities for the vessel. This ensured “zero waiting” for operations upon arrival and “zero delay” for inspection and release upon departure.

Since the beginning of this year, Ningde Port has exported a total of 4 batches and 29 newly built vessels via semi-submersible ships, representing an increase of over 100% compared to the same period last year. A responsible person from the operational department of the Ningde Frontier Inspection Station stated that they will continue to focus on port development and enterprise needs, continuously optimize the port business environment, enhance the convenience level of exit-entry customs clearance, and continuously inject frontier inspection momentum into serving the “Belt and Road” construction and local economic development.
