Reporters learned from Tianjin Customs that from January to May this year, the Tianjin port exported a total of 330,000 vehicles, with a value of 21.09 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.6% and 18.7% respectively.

To ensure efficient customs clearance, Tianjin Customs has continuously advanced the construction of smart customs in recent years, relying on risk analysis for precise control. Vehicles that do not require inspection are automatically released by the system, achieving “second-level customs clearance”; those requiring inspection are automatically assigned instructions by the intelligent system, and customs officers use smart inspection equipment to quickly process, reducing the waiting time of vehicles at the port. “The export vehicle customs clearance is now very fast, with the option to declare online in advance, and the inspection efficiency is also high, saving us valuable time,” said Fang Yuan, manager of the export department of Tianjin Tianchuan Customs Brokerage Co., Ltd.
