The current director of Svanehoj Singapore, Morten Christian Larsen, has been appointed new CEO of Svanehøj Group. He succeeds Søren Kringelholt Nielsen, who after seven years at Svanehøj will take up a new position as CEO of ITT Nutrition & Health Solutions on 1 July.

“It is with great joy and anticipation, and a certain awe, that I now take over the role from Søren. I look forward to building on the strong foundation we have created together. Today, Svanehøj stands as a market leader within complex pumps and instruments for maritime gas and offshore installations. This gives us a solid starting point for the next steps in development, both for the business and for Svanehøj as a workplace. We must continue to strengthen our culture as an attractive company, characterized by an open and trust-based culture, strong communities, and room for ambition,” says Morten Christian Larsen.

Over the past eight years, Morten Christian Larsen has held a number of strategically important roles across Svanehøj’s business. These include as Aftersales Director, where he helped develop the service business from a local enterprise into a global business, as director of Svanehoj Tank Control Systems in France, and for the past two years as director of Svanehoj Singapore.

At Svanehøj’s American owner, ITT, the Group Director for Flow Technologies, Bartek Makowiecki, highlights Søren Kringelholt Nielsen’s importance for the company’s development and growth. At the same time, he is pleased that the outgoing CEO will continue in the ITT Group in a leading role at Nutrition & Health Solutions.

“Søren Kringelholt Nielsen has since 2019 led a significant development of Svanehøj. Under his leadership, revenue has grown from approximately DKK 600 million to DKK 1.5 billion, driven by a clear strategy, strong execution, and an organization that has managed to turn ambitions into concrete results. At the same time, Søren has managed to build a strong management team around him, which ensures continued development and a smooth transition to the new CEO, Morten Christian Larsen,” says Bartek Makowiecki.
