The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has announced a tender for the transfer of operating rights for pilotage services in the Gemlik Regional Service Area.
The tender will be conducted through negotiation procedures within the scope of the provisions of Law No. 4046, based on a base share ratio of 40%, and will be finalized through an open auction.
The tender document sale price has been set at 35,000 thousand TL; the provisional bid bond has been set at 7,194,000 TL.
Real persons and legal entities who purchase the tender document, as well as JVGs (joint venture groups), may apply for the tender. Investment funds; may apply for the tender as part of a JVG, but the entire JVG must not consist solely of investment funds.
Bidders who have received the tender documents; shall submit the tender application file, containing all the required application documents specified in the tender specifications, to the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs in person before the final application date and time. Applications will not be accepted by mail.
The final application date for the tender has been announced as November 14 at 15:00.
Bidders who have submitted a tender application must be present at the General Directorate of Maritime Affairs on November 17 at 10:00 for the opening of the application documents submitted to the Administration by the Tender Commission in the presence of the bidders. .
