ABS, through its affiliate ABS Consulting, has acquired RMC Global to strengthen its capabilities in cybersecurity, risk management and resilience.
The deal combines two organizations with complementary expertise and a shared focus on protecting critical infrastructure and operations.
ABS said the acquisition expands its ability to deliver integrated solutions as clients face rising cyber threats, operational risks and regulatory pressure.
By combining RMC’s cybersecurity expertise with ABS Consulting’s global scale and technical depth, the group aims to offer broader and more advanced services in complex risk environments.
ABS Chairman and CEO John McDonald said the move strengthens support for clients dealing with evolving risks.
He added that both companies share a similar culture, focused on practical problem-solving, technical expertise and long-term client relationships.
ABS Consulting CEO David Wechsler said the acquisition targets areas with strong and sustained demand, including cybersecurity and operational risk.
He noted that the combined platform will help deliver more innovative solutions while addressing growing regulatory and security challenges.
RMC President Vince Kuchar said both companies share a mission to protect critical systems and improve resilience.
